Ms. Otalia Sacko is an international development professional with over ten years of experience advancing sustainable development, climate action, migration, renewable energy, and green industrialization in Africa and Least Developed Countries (LDCs). Her work focuses on integrated energy–industry approaches and translating policy priorities into implementable, donor-funded programmes in partnership with multilateral and bilateral institutions. Her experience spans energy access and transition, including biomass, small hydropower, solar, and e-mobility. She is currently a Project Administrator at UNIDO, where she has spent over six years supporting climate and energy programmes and working closely with African and LDC partners to turn climate commitments into practical, impactful projects. Otalia is passionate about building partnerships and convening stakeholders to drive meaningful, locally grounded action.
