Ms. Maryana Malyshevska is the Director of Partnership & Funding at the European Youth Energy Network (EYEN), an international think-tank dedicated to placing youth at the centre of a sustainable and just energy transition. Since joining in 2024, she has been active in building strategic partnerships and securing funding to support EYEN’s initiatives, ranging from research on energy poverty, to the European Youth Energy Forum, to advancing youth participation in renewable energy decision-making. Maryana has been active in the energy industry since 2022 in the recruitment sector, specializing in building energy and technology teams and supporting companies across the talent lifecycle. She holds a degree in Communication Science from the University of Amsterdam, where her academic work focused on topics such as greenwashing, consumer behaviour, and crisis communication. Having recently joined the UNIDO Youth Advisory Group, Maryana is committed to amplifying European youth voices and shaping meaningful youth engagement in global climate and energy dialogues.
