Giulia Genuardi is Managing Director of Enel Foundation and former Head of Sustainability at Enel Group. She joined Enel in 2003, holding roles in internal audit, compliance, and governance, including Secretary to the Supervisory Council and Compliance Officer under Legislative Decree 231/01. From 2013 to 2024, she led sustainability, embedding ESG into business strategy, operations, and finance. She has served as a board member of Enel Americas. She contributes to international sustainability standard-setting, including EFRAG, the Global Reporting Initiative, the Italian Accounting Body, and the EU Sustainable Finance Platform, and participates in advisory groups such as the UN Global Compact and the World Business Council for Sustainable Development. She holds a degree in Economics from the University of Palermo, a master’s from Luiss, and teaches Corporate Social Responsibility at LUMSA University.
