Mr. Xiaolong FU is the Director of IHEC and Deputy Director of the Beijing Tsinghua Industrial R&D Institute (BTIRDI). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Management from Tsinghua University. As a leading expert in technology commercialization and scientific innovation, Mr. Fu played a pivotal role in establishing IHEC, a UNIDO-accredited platform jointly initiated by the Beijing Municipal Government and UNIDO. With a profound understanding of global hydrogen policies, he has extensive experience in bridging the "Valley of Death" for emerging technologies through rigorous proof-of-concept projects and the cultivation of a robust green innovation ecosystem.
