Ulf Larsson is an internationally renowned senior leader and certified management consultant with more than 30 years of experience delivering major metro, rail and transit programmes and urban development across Europe, Oceania, Türkiye, and North America. His background spans both the private and public sectors, giving him a rare understanding of risk transfer, commercial structuring, technology scale-up, and financial governance. Ulf serves as a media-trained speaker in the UN Council of Engineers for the Energy Transition, an independent advisory board to the UN Secretary-General, where he leads global work on transport sector decarbonization.
