Mohammed W. H. AlAgha is a policy researcher and renewable energy engineer working at the intersection of energy transition governance and GCC political economy. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Renewable Energy Engineering from Al-Azhar University Gaza and an MPP from the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies in Doha, Qatar. His graduate research engaged regional energy infrastructure, decarbonization politics, and climate governance in the MENA region. He previously served as a Research Assistant at Earthna Center for a Sustainable Future (Qatar Foundation), where his work focused on solar PV techno-economic feasibility and energy policy aligned with Qatar National Vision 2030, and as a Governance and Development Researcher at the Middle East Council on Global Affairs. As Co-Chair of the UNIDO ECA Youth Advisory Group, he represents Palestine in multilateral forums on industrial decarbonization and sustainable energy transitions.
