Koji Terajima: Bio My name is Koji Terajima, and for more than a quarter of a century, I have dedicated my professional life to working within the former Soviet Union, specifically focusing on the regions of Russia and Ukraine. This long-standing engagement has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the local markets, culture, and the complex infrastructure challenges unique to this part of the world. Currently, I serve as the head of Panasonic Ukraine. Since the escalation of the war in 2022, I have been based in Poland, where I continue to lead our operations and navigate the evolving needs of the Ukrainian people from a position of safety and strategic proximity. Since the onset of the conflict, my mission—and the mission of Panasonic Ukraine—has undergone a significant transformation. We have shifted our focus from traditional business operations toward active involvement in the reconstruction of Ukraine.
