Jackson Kiswaga is a Tanzanian politician who has been a member of Parliament since October 2020. He currently serves as Chairperson of Parliamentary Standing Committee of Water and Environment, a position which he served since February 2023. Among achievements he made in his three years of service was to convince the government to amend the Environmental Management ACT, cap 191 to incorporate Climate Change into planning and the review of Water National Policy of 2002 in order to develop a comprehensive framework for sustainable development and management of the nation's Water resources. Before joining politics, Mr. Kiswaga worked in tep telco companies for more than 20 years, where he served in various capacities in the management team.
