Dr. Ioannis Pappis is working as a Senior Specialist, Modelling and Policy Expert at the Energy Transition team at SEforALL. He has been the technical leader for developing the Energy Transition and Investment Plans (ETIP) for Barbados, Ghana and Kenya using least-cost energy system optimization tools and investigate energy transition pathways for all sectors of the economy leading in conducting policy analysis.
