This Deep Dive session will explore how artificial intelligence (AI) and digital innovation can accelerate renewable energy integration, enable green industrialization, and expand energy access in developing countries. Bringing together policymakers, industry leaders, and development partners, the session will connect dialogue with implementation-ready solutions aligned with the IVECF Action Tracks on green industrialization, sustainable energy, and climate action.

The discussion will highlight practical experiences from Chinese cities and industry leaders, including Hechi’s efforts to build a fully renewable, AI-enabled power system and green industrial ecosystem; Xiamen’s integrated new energy and carbon-neutrality pathways; and Huawei’s digital solutions for smart, low-carbon energy systems.

A moderated dialogue will focus on scaling smart grids, enabling low-carbon industrial ecosystems, mobilizing finance, and identifying replication pathways for developing countries—particularly those with high solar potential in Africa.
