The Cleantech Innovation Showcase: Live Entrepreneur Pitches brings to IVECF eight high-impact cleantech ventures developing the technologies and business models needed to advance sustainable energy, climate action, and green industrialization.

Organized by UNIDO’s Global Cleantech Innovation Programme (GCIP) as part of Cleantech Days 2026, the session features finalists selected through national GCIP pitching competitions in Cambodia, Kazakhstan, the Republic of Moldova, Morocco, Senegal, South Africa, Türkiye, and Ukraine. These entrepreneurs are advancing innovative solutions across renewable energy and waste-to-energy systems, energy efficiency, sustainable materials, agri-tech, and climate-smart digital platforms.

Through this 2.5-hour session of live pitches and jury evaluation, IVECF participants—including industry leaders, policymakers, and financial actors—will gain direct insight into solutions that can strengthen industrial competitiveness, advance a just energy transition, promote resource-efficient industrial models, and build resilient, low-carbon value chains that enable locally anchored economic opportunities.

The session creates a practical link between innovation and industry by enabling direct engagement between entrepreneurs, industry partners, and governments. It demonstrates how cleantech entrepreneurship translates climate ambition into deployable solutions for green industrial transformation, economic resilience, and long-term prosperity.
