Ms. Rita Isiba

Rita Isiba is an expert at fostering an inclusive culture and engagement. Her mission for multiplying global mindsets is the driving force behind her actions. She is the Managing Director at ZARA, the Austrian Association for Civil Courage and Anti-Racism Work. Rita is also the founder of Aphropean Partners, which provides engagement services for team cohesion and workplace inclusion. She cooperates with corporate sustainability officers, marketing chiefs, human resource heads and others in charge of people to create meaningful connections and collaborations across geographically dispersed teams, working groups and communities. As a corporate trainer, Rita provides workshops and speeches. Her courses enable organizations to focus on the issues affecting team culture and group dynamics and find creative ways to elevate their productivity. As a lecturer at Vienna’s University of Applied Arts, Rita lectures on community engagement and empowerment as part of the Applied Human Rights Masters programme.
