Lara is a Senior Adviser in the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, where she currently oversees a portfolio of climate finance innovation programmes.
She has worked in international climate finance, strategy and diplomacy for several years, including on ODA programme delivery in London, Mexico and Panama, international hydrogen strategy and engagement, climate diplomacy and the UK’s COP26 Presidency. She holds a MSc in Sustainable Development from Cardiff University.
