Giulia is a Senior Programme Officer at the OSCE Secretariat in Vienna, where she leads the Secretariat’s efforts in the field of energy security. Her responsibilities include driving initiatives for women’s empowerment within the energy sector. Prior to this role, Giulia served as the primary economic and environmental advisor and chief negotiator for the 2018 Italian OSCE Chairpersonship Team.
