Portfolio Coordinator at EEP Africa
Faith is currently a Portfolio Coordinator at EEP Africa (Energy and Environment Partnerships Trust Fund) a clean energy financing facility hosted and managed by the Nordic Development Fund with funding from Austria and Finland. EEP Africa provides early-stage grants and catalytic financing to innovative clean energy projects, technologies and business models in 15 countries across Southern and East Africa. Since 2010, EEP Africa has committed more than EUR 70 million to 250 projects.
Prior to her current role, she was the East Africa Regional Associate at Factor[e] Ventures, a US-based venture capital firm investing in early stage companies in energy, agriculture, sanitation and mobility. Faith was also Chief Financial Officer of Barefoot Power Africa, a solar manufacturing company focusing on eradicating the use of kerosene to clean energy for households in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Ethiopia and Ghana. She is also a Global Shaper at the World Economic Forum and Mandela Washington Fellowship Alumni.
