Previously, Naoufal spent over 15 years at Total and BP in various technical and managerial roles, contributing to major projects in deepwater and challenging environments across Northern Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. From 2016 to 2020, he managed energy storage and recycling ventures for a North-African investment fund. Currently, he leads OCP’s decarbonisation program, focusing on innovation, carbon farming, offsets, and partnerships. Naoufal holds a Master’s in Science and Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Paris and is a graduate of the French Institute of Petroleum (IFP).
