Senior country manager at the OPEC Fund for International Development, where he has been working for 12 years. He has been responsible for the sourcing, implementation, and management of development projects in over 20 African countries, in close collaboration with their governments. He is also the operational focal point for debt relief to highly indebted countries funds. He is fluent in French, Spanish, Arabic, Persian, German, and Russian.
