Urban Innovation Vienna (UIV)
Konstantin Geiger studied economics at the Vienna WU with focus on Energy Economics, Public Goods and Sustainability. His worked in the sales of e-mobility as well as in more analytical positions at the Environment Agency Austria. In 2021 he joined UIV where he worked on the promotion and support of energy communities from the very entry into force of the new law (EAG) in Austria. A large part of this work is also dedicated to support Vienna’s Sonnenstrom Offensive (https://sonnenstrom.wien.gv.at/) in particular to activate businesses and large housing operators to install PV in roofs in Vienna.
