Emilian Nyanda is a Principal Energy Officer and Head of Environmental Management Unit with the Tanzanian Ministry of Energy. Mr Nyanda has more than 17 years working experience in the energy sector with particular focus on energy policy, strategies and plans, environment and renewable energies from 2006 to date. He was instrumental in formulation of the 17 million EUR Integrated Approach to clean cooking solutions., EU supported Programme.
