David Butler specializes in publicly-funded developmental services and project in the fields of agri-food systems and enterprise development. He currently leads Sustainable Food Systems Ireland, a government-owned consultancy and knowledge exchange business that delivers capability-building projects around the world to strengthen sustainable food systems. SFSI practice areas include One Health, sustainable primary production, value chain, innovation and entrepreneurship development.
