Mark Fogarty has held senior positions in the energy sector for over thirty years. These positions included CEO of Sustainable Energy Development Authority (New South Wales, Australia), Director of private equity funds specialised in renewable energy, Director of Tasmanian Renewable Energy Development Board and others. Mark is a Director and Managing Partner of First Energy Asia, which faciltates clean energy projects in Australia and Asia. He is also a Member of the Governing Board of REEEP where he holds the position of Treasurer. Mark is a qualified lawyer with post-graduate degrees in business and in law including majors in clean energy and energy regulation.
